CATHS ANNUAL CINE COLLECTORS’ FAIR

Due to renovation works, the usual venue at the Seddon Scout Hall is
unavailable in April-May. With no suitable venue available nearby, the CATHS
Committee has reluctantly decided to defer the event.

At the moment, the thinking is that it might be a good idea to move the Fair
permanently to later in the year. The Cine Fair has been held in April or May
since its inception back in 1999. That time of the year has always been
problematic, with Easter, Anzac Day, Mothers’ Day and the CATHS April
meeting all falling within that time frame.

Holding it in the winter months is not feasible, as on the one occasion we tried
it, due to adverse conditions, the numbers were well down. At present, we are
considering early October.

The Committee appreciates that the CATHS’ Cine Fair and Auction is the only
event dedicated to our hobby, and for many, it is an opportunity to catch up
with friends and make new contacts.

If you are a regular vendor or attendee, your opinion on a change of date would

PayPal Payments.

It would seem that somehow my old PayPal account has reappeared
from the past. A number of payments have been made into it in the past
few months. Please note that all PayPal payments - for subscriptions as
well as my film sales should be paid into my cinepix2@gmail.com PayPal
account.
