The great joy of my journey was that I discovered the wonder of human experience and
achievement – and on some occasions its greatest horror, including sadly, recent events
on our world stage. It is the outstanding work of The Recorders – our writers,
photographers and filmmakers -- in capturing this living history of our world and its
wonders and disasters – past and present -- that so clearly reveal the vital need for
change in the future.
